Outdoor offers heated 32sqm pool with massage, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, outdoor dining area with BBQ. Enjoy the outdoor surrounded with aromatic Mediterranean plants. There is also a garage for one car, a table tennis and darts (can be used outside).

Villa Belina is a new built villa in a typical Mediterranean style, fully equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay, located in small village Gata offering absolute privacy in very quiet and unspoiled environment. It is only only 26km (30 min drive) to famous town Split with it`s great history, and 8 km (10 min drive) from small Mediterranean town Omiš, sandy and pebble beach, Cetina river, many restaurants and many activities that small town Omiš offer. Nearest minimarket is in walking distance (500m), and supermarket is 8km far, in Omiš. From the pool you have an amazing view of the mountains, village. The local area is very unspoiled, quiet and offers a really relaxed and stressfree vacation that you deserve. On the other hand, if you are looking for some fun, Omiš and Cetina river offers many activities like rafting, zip-line, boat tours on the river and to island Brač, water many more.

There is an opportunity to order a grocery supply, we have a colleague from Poljane Prom company that does a complete supply for yachts, villas, and you can order all offered in big supermarkets, they would deliver it to villa at the agreed time, payable with a credit card or cash once it is delivered and checked by you. All you need to do is to send us an email with a grocery list with all small details such as quantity, weight, type of other essential details to get it all as accurate as it is possible. Our experience with guests who used this service is more than positive, very good and it saves your holiday time in unknown shops!

THE Perfect Villa
THE Perfect Villa
We just got back from two incredible weeks at Villa Belina. The villa completely blew us away, in every respect. It’s a very modern house and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Each room has a beautiful en-suite with walk in shower. The games room and table tennis in the garage kept the kids (and adults) entertained. The gym/sauna room was a welcome addition too. There is a shop and café in walking distance from the house and the countryside is stunning. You can hike up a mountain from the villa or just chill by the pool and watch the sunset over the mountains. We never got tired of the incredible mountain views and star gazing in the evenings where there is so little light pollution.
The villa is situated in a semi-rural area in the town of Gata, so it’s blissfully quiet, but has very easy access (7 mins by car) into Omis. Omis is a beautiful town, situated at the mouth of the Cetina river, set against stunning rock faces. There are countless restaurants and a beautiful beach and marina. We spent many evenings in Omis enjoying the excellent atmosphere and surprisingly affordable food. Above the town is the Starigrad Fortress which is well worth a visit! It’s a fair old walk but the views are simply breath taking.
One of the best things about the villa is the wonderful owner, Dragana. She was always instantly on hand to answer questions and was so attentive. We felt like we had made a new friend by the time we left. She cleans the pool every other day but you never see her (unless you want to). We especially appreciated all the additional touches and hospitality (like walnut grappa!). I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Villa Belina and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Super holiday
We stayed at Villa Belina in July this year with 6 adults and 3 children and can highly recommend it! We wanted for nothing, the house was very well maintained and is in a quiet location near Omiś . However, if you want to go to the beach, you need a car. But you can also reach a supermarket on foot within 15 minutes. All in all, we were very satisfied and can imagine staying at Villa Belina again next year.
