This modern holiday home, completed in 2023, features a 113 m² main building and a 38 m² separate annex, all set on a spacious plot just 900 meters from the beach. The property combines contemporary comfort with generous indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for families or groups seeking a relaxing seaside getaway. The main house offers a bright open-plan kitchen and living area with dining and seating spaces designed for family life. Three comfortable bedrooms provide ample sleeping space, and the living area includes a TV with streaming options, including German channels. The separate annex features a cozy lounge area with a TV, a small kitchenette, a wood-burning stove, and a double sofa bed. In addition, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a loft space suitable for children, making it an ideal private area for extra guests. Outside, a covered terrace extends along the property, and at one end you will find a hot tub for up to eight people. The hot tub can be heated efficiently with a heat pump during the summer and additionally with firewood for a cozy experience. The entire plot covers approximately 1,500 m², providing plenty of space for outdoor activities, play, and relaxation. With its modern design, separate annex, spacious garden, and proximity to the beach, this holiday home is a perfect choice for families or groups who want to enjoy both comfort and outdoor living in a beautiful setting. Please note: Rental is not available for youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house was clean and well-equipped. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals. It is also close to a few nice cafés and beaches, which was a plus!

The holiday home is located in a very quiet area and offers a large property where one can fully enjoy nature. It has three bedrooms, providing ample space for family or friends. In the extension, there is another bedroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchen with a dining area and a sofa. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you have all the necessary utensils for meal preparation comfortably. The premises were very clean. The very good beds also ensured a pleasant stay. The house is lovingly furnished and offers a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The spacious living/dining area invites you to linger and provides plenty of space for shared moments. The large terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun or dining outside and offers enough seating for all guests. Additionally, there is a hot tub where you can wonderfully relax and enjoy your vacation. Good shopping options that can be quickly reached on foot. We liked it very much.
