This beautifully appointed property in Naklice village sets on a 1000sqm private plot, offering a 160sqm of useful interior spreaded on two levels (ground and first floor). It is fully air conditioned with free WiFi and equipped with all modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay.
This property is great for families with children, or for couples, a perfect home away from home for your much needed vacation. It is situated in the quiet, small village Naklice, only 7 km far from small-town Omiš and from the sea. It is luxuriously furnished and offers fabulous views of the amazing mountain surroundings. Less than 10 min drive to get to the sand and pebble beach, restaurant, town, river, history attractions, or you can just enjoy the quiet surroundings that this small village offers. There is an opportunity to order a traditional dinner or to simply enjoy the great offer in a small local restaurant Palacio that is only 700 m away and the fantastic, young chef will surprise you with the most tasteful dishes he prepares.The close area offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house.

Villa Nacle offers 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms each with a TV , a spacious living area with Wi-fi, TV, sofa and direct approach toward the pool area, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, an exit to a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue area and a playground. Here is a detailed description of what is offered exclusively for you:
*The OUTDOOR offers a 28m2 private pool (7m x 4m ) with a bench to sit and enjoy the hydromassage, a spacious sun-deck area with 6 deck chairs, 2 sun-umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a covered lounge corner where you can read your favorite book even when it is too hot while your children enjoy the pool or playground. A covered dining area with a dining table and a Kamado Green Egg barbecue. Behind the pool, at a bit lower plot is a trampoline, an artificial grass with joga sets and a bench for relaxation (fenced).
* The GROUND floor area next to the pool offers a stylish living area (35sqm) with flat screen TV, PS5,JBL speaker, A/C, direct exit to outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle...), a dining area with a table for 6 people.
3 steps up takes you to a Bedroom NO1 (12,3sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x200cm, a TV, A/C . A family bathroom NO1 (6,5sqm) with a shower. A Laundry room (4,2sqm) with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
* The FIRST floor offers two master bedrooms:
Bedroom NO2 (15,2sqm) with two single beds that can be conected to a king size bed 180cm x200cm, a TV, A/C, a 6sqm balcony with two chairs and pool views.

Location and surroundings of object
The close area of Omiš and Cetina river offers many sports possibilities. Try zip-line, rafting, free climbing, paragliding, canoeing, bicycling and much more. Experience it all for yourself! Most of them are organized on river Cetina 7km from the house.
Omis is approx. 7 km from the holiday home and has much to offer. The old Croatian church Sveti Petar (St. Peter) is of cultural importance. A lot of great restaurants, bars, best beaches with very clear sea and all just a 10 min drive.
Town Split is 26 km or less than 30 min driving and also is of cultural importance but there you have a lot of restaurants, interesting places to visit and is very lively during the day and also evening, so this is a must-see place! On your arrival we will provide a map with all local activities, recommended restaurants, recommended day tours, and other important information, also we can organize unforgettable rafting where you can get a CD with your photos and individual day boat trip to island Brač with its famous beach Zlatni Rat on Bol with the best skippers all to ease your search for your holiday activities.
Upon arrival, we will give you much useful information about places to visit, recommended restaurants and recommended day tours.
All traffic communications are near: the SPU airport (42 km), main seaport in Split (26 km) and the motorway Blato Na Cetini (15 km), golf and tennis courts only 19km far from the villa.

Everything great
The house was very clean and everything was super modern, just like in the pictures. The pool was also super clean, our children had a lot of fun there.
The host was always available for questions. The surroundings are very peaceful. By car, you can quickly reach beautiful places like Omis, Split, or Trogir. A small supermarket is a 2-minute drive away.
