Discover the charming holiday home "Krabat" at the Großer Mochowsee in Brandenburg! This idyllic holiday home offers 35 square metres of living space for up to 4 people (max. 2 adults + 2 children or max. 3 adults). It has a living room with sofa bed (1.40m wide) and a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60m wide) and is ideal for a relaxing holiday, a family holiday, a romantic holiday, a sports holiday, a hiking holiday or a holiday with dog.
The holiday home is located on a slope directly on the shore of the magnificent Großer Mochowsee and offers you a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding nature. The approx. 700 sqm forest plot with terrace is fenced all around and offers you peace and relaxation.
The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and ceramic hob, so you can cater for yourself during your stay. Bed linen, towels, sun loungers, a cot and a high chair are also provided to ensure you have a pleasant and comfortable holiday.
The bathroom has a modern shower, WC, washbasin with mirror and storage facilities.
The holiday home "Krabat" impresses with its lovely furnishings, which radiate cosiness and comfort. The large windows offer plenty of daylight and a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding trees. The wooden furniture, laminate flooring and decorative accessories create a warm and inviting atmosphere. On cooler evenings, the fireplace in the living area provides a cosy atmosphere.

Location and surroundings of object
The Großer Mochowsee is embedded in a beautiful landscape in the middle of the forest and lake area in Lower Lusatia at the transition between Lieberoser Heide and the Spreewald. The forest lake gets its special charm from the winding shoreline with the correspondingly many bays for bathing for humans and dogs. The lake can be circumnavigated in three hours along the Otter Trail. On the eastern shore near Lamsfeld there is a popular family camping site with boat rental, a camping restaurant and a public bathing beach.
Likewise, the Waldsee is a paradise for anglers, as there is no disturbing bathing tourism and no motor boats.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant may withdraw from the rental contract by giving a written statement to the landlord before the start of the rental period. The decisive factor is the time the withdrawal notice is received by the landlord: - Withdrawal up to 45 days before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price - Withdrawal up to 35 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price - Thereafter and in the case of non-appearance: 90% of the rental price. Costs for services, such as the provision of bed linen, final cleaning, or dog fee, which are not incurred due to the cancellation, are not included in the cancellation fee. Should an event occur before the start or during the rental period that is not the responsibility of the landlord (e.g., fire, storm damage, rental ban by the state government (special regulation to contain the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19)), resulting in the non-usability or unrentability of the rental property, the contract can also be terminated without adherence to a notice period. Any advance payments for rent will be refunded immediately.

pure relaxation
Who wants to enjoy relaxation and peace is exactly right here. The location is a dream. We were there with our dog and because the property is super fenced, dogs can unfold freely here. The hike around the Großer Mochowsee is recommended. All around, those were very relaxing days for us with pure nature. Thanks to the boat we had available, I was also very successful in fishing. Pike, perch, and bream. Guest fishing license available nearby. So, also great for anglers.
We will definitely come back here.
