Our 40 sqm apartment is centrally located to the downtown area and is situated in a well-maintained house. The living area with a glass cabinet, sofa bed, table, flat-screen TV is bright and cheerfully furnished. Next to the kitchen, an additional dining area is available. The sleeping area, with a wardrobe and double bed, is separated from the living area by a permanently installed room divider. Kitchen fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, microwave, etc.
Bathroom with window, underfloor heating, toilet, sink, mirror, walk-in shower with sliding door access has been newly renovated.
You can relax right in front of the living space, on the large terrace with a lovingly landscaped rock garden.
Garden furniture is of course available.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi Internet, and parking included.

The central location of the apartment also allows you to arrive by train or bus. Shops for daily needs can be reached quickly and easily on foot. It is about a 5-minute walk to the city centre and a 10-minute walk to the spa facilities. You can get to the KissSalis Therme comfortably and free of charge by city bus. The bus stop " Berliner Platz " is only a two-minute walk from the flat. Bad Kissingen is a traditional idyllic spa town at the foot of the Bavarian Rhön Mountains. It can be reached by car and also easily by train.
The well-known spa town offers many leisure activities (theatre, cinema, golf course and tennis courts, KissSalis thermal baths for relaxation, Rhön nature park, etc.). But also wellness, preventive health care and comprehensive medical care let you enjoy life with confidence and serenity.
Other health resorts in the area are Bad Brückenau, Bad Neustadt and Bad Bocklet. Many new cycle paths have also been created, inviting you again and again to enjoy beautiful cycling tours in the countryside.
Bad Kissingen is one of the best-known health resorts in Germany. It has been popular with kings and princes since the 19th century. A walk through the spa gardens and rose garden is highly recommended. But the town with its old buildings should not be left out either. Bad Kissingen has very nice baths for relaxing and having fun. A modern cinema and a beautiful theatre will help you pass the time. But if you are in the mood for music, you won't come up short there either. Bad Kissingen is famous for the "Kissinger Sommer" and "Kissinger Winterzauber". During this time there are many special events of all kinds, from music to theatre, from classical to modern.
