Description
The villa is located on the coast of the promontory of Punta Cetarola, within the regional park of the Riviera di Ulisse, and enjoys a 180° sea-view from the island of Ischia to Mount Circeo to the characteristic seaside village of Sperlonga.
The beaches and the town centre with essential services are just a few minutes' drive away along a scenic road. Immersed in the Mediterranean maquis, in typical Mediterranean style, the villa consists of several levels for a maximum of 18 beds.
Events can be organised on request either by location only or by preparing refreshments, parties or dinners.
Composition of the Villa
The main body (villa with 8/10 beds) consists of:
On the first level there are 3 bedrooms with two shower rooms ( 1 triple master bedroom with en suite bath/shower, 1 triple bedroom and 1 double bedroom). On the ground floor 1 double bedroom, bathroom, lounge/lounge with sofas, dining table, fireplace, 42″ satellite TV (hot bird), hifi system, bluray player (with numerous titles) kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer and all necessary equipment. Large panoramic patio equipped with tables, chairs, sofas.
On another level, but still independent from the main building is available
- a MOREA depandance (2+2 places) with a panoramic sea view and bathroom/shower inside -
- a KAUAI depandance double room + two single beds with bathroom
- a BORA BORA depandance with panoramic sea view porch equipped with a covered outdoor kitchen
(3 places) 1 bathroom shower + double room + 1 single.
All rooms are equipped with heat pump air conditioning and ceiling fan with blades.
The villa is surrounded by extensive grounds and has considerable outdoor space:
a private car park, a swimming pool with a saltwater system (4×8) with a panoramic terrace equipped with sun loungers and a gazebo with a sink-fridge for delicious happy hours
a pleasant barbecue area and refractory oven for cooking pizzas and roasts, with a patio equipped with tables and chairs
1 sun terrace with sun loungers and rocking chair, table tennis table and table football table
1 terrace with outdoor kitchenette and barbecue, table, chairs, sofa and two armchairs
All rooms have a ceiling fan, an outdoor room with washing machine, their own gas heating system and a well for water.
