Description

The "Perle" holiday apartment offers space for up to 5 people on approximately 80m². In addition to an open living and dining area with an adjoining, modern and high-quality kitchen with induction stove, the apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large balcony. In the cozy living area, a fireplace invites you to make yourself comfortable on cold days. One of the two bedrooms has a double box spring bed (180x200cm) and a TV, the other has a loft bed including a pull-out bed and thus up to three sleeping places for up to 90kg per bed. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower. After a walk in winter, you can warm up again in the infrared sauna. Enjoy the evening on the balcony equipped with a garden table & chairs, as well as an electric grill.
Bicycles that you bring with you or rent on site can be stored in the lockable bicycle shed directly in front of the house. If you want to spend your North Sea holiday with the whole family and friends, we can also offer you a symbiosis of 2 holiday apartments next to each other by managing several properties.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer tollen Anlage. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell an der Lagune und in der Fußgängerzone.

We had a wonderful time in the holiday apartment. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. The beach chair on the terrace is lovely for relaxing.

A wonderful holiday apartment with great amenities. Very clean and with a feel-good character from the first second. Although we only had great weather, we could have easily stayed longer in the apartment even on rainy days. The only thing that was missing was the voucher booklets that one is supposed to receive from the landlord when purchasing a guest card. But we then got that at Dünen Hus.

Beautiful apartment, a lot of equipment available, we could easily stay there for a week. Longer would not have worked for us with the mattresses. Great that there is a small sauna and a washing machine, it makes rainy weather and vacationing with children easier. We had a few mosquitoes, which seem to be quite numerous there. However, the apartment was lovingly furnished, the Wi-Fi was stable, and it was very clean. It's about a 20-minute walk to the sea, which was very manageable :)
