Location and surroundings of object

The Marina Wendtorf holiday resort is located directly at the entrance to the Kiel Fjord in the beautiful Probstei region. Beaches for families, dog owners and individualists are within easy walking distance.
Right on your doorstep and in the surrounding area, you will find opportunities for relaxing hikes and bike rides.
The bright beach with its blue-green, gently sloping water invites children to play, dig and splash around. Swimmers can jump straight into the refreshing water from the pier.
During the high season, the beach has a lifeguard service, beach club, water sports school and public toilets, as well as a brand new playground.
The Probstei offers many activities for young and old, those seeking peace and quiet and those seeking action.

In the marina, protected behind the dyke, our holiday homes are located on a quiet street where children can still play. The balcony of our houses offers a wonderful view of the marina. In summer, white sailboats moor here, and in winter, migratory birds rest on the lagoon. In every season, you can watch the big ships sailing in and out of the Kiel Fjord. In summer, the cruise ships awaken a longing for distant shores.

We were there in February and were able to relax very well. Anyone looking for peace at this time is exactly right. Although there is not much gastronomy and similar things in the nearby area, we were well taken care of. A small bakery, a cutter with daily fresh fish, one open restaurant, and an Edeka were completely sufficient for us.

The location of the accommodation is unique (we were in the front row). The house, furnishings, and equipment were excellent (you could even bake cakes). The beds were quite soft, which we found very good; everything worked perfectly and was clean. The sauna was not used. The only downside was the space at the toilet, which was quite tight because of the shower and the wall right next to it. We were very satisfied and felt really comfortable, especially since the view from the balcony during sunset was beautiful... We would come back anytime and recommend everything without reservation!
