Very nice house with very good amenities, also a large amount of toys for children is available (books for bedtime reading, indoor toys, sand toys, and a personal wagon to conveniently transport luggage for a day at the beach). Even the media entertainment for both adults and kids is extensive, should you need it during bad weather. Everything is modern, clean, and tidy. Great location, quiet area, little traffic due to the cul-de-sac, great for kids. Only a playground directly on the premises is still missing. The traffic connection is great; the "Krabben-Express" stops right at the entrance, and the Pearl Bay is really accessible on foot. Arriving, unpacking, and enjoying the vacation is the order of the day here; everything is taken care of. We, as a small family, felt very comfortable here and will definitely come back! The booking process and communication with the property management regarding the extension of the booking were also flawless, uncomplicated, and courteous.
