Welcome to the "Morgenröte" holiday apartment (Unit 4). This spacious, 57 m² ground-floor apartment is located in the idyllic village of Emmelsbüll, surrounded by the vast landscapes of North Frisia and close to the North Sea. It offers the perfect blend of relaxation, nature, and active leisure. The apartment accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. Pets are welcome upon request.

The open-plan living and dining area invites you to spend quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a Nespresso coffee machine. In the living area, a cozy sofa corner, TV, and radio ensure relaxing evenings. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant comfort throughout the year.

The apartment includes two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an additional sofa bed. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and ironing board, bed linen, and contactless check-in.

A special highlight is the private terrace, complete with garden furniture and a parasol. Here, you can enjoy views of the greenery, relax on the lawn, or wind down the day with a barbecue using the provided electric grill.

Location and surroundings of object

The North Frisian Wadden Sea and the Südwesthörn swimming area await you just 3 km from Emmelsbüll. Dagebüll is also very close by (approx. 12 km) and serves as the perfect starting point for excursions in the region; from there, you can reach the ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr in just a few minutes by car. The area's numerous dikes offer ideal conditions for long bicycle rides, and you will conveniently find a bike rental shop right in the village. From the nearby harbor in Schlüttsiel (approx. 8 km), you can easily take a boat to the Halligen islands of Hooge and Langeneß. Emmelsbüll is also ideally situated for a day trip to Sylt: from neighboring Klanxbüll (approx. 6 km), you can take the train directly to Westerland in just about 30 minutes.

Spacious and comfortable vacation apartment, very well equipped, tastefully furnished - nothing was missing. Problem-free key handover, quick resolution of the issue with the bike box. Only the hygiene (toilet, under the sofa, grill) could be better, and fly screens on the windows would be desirable to ventilate longer in the evenings. A car is required! Niebüll with shopping options and a great organic store with a café is about a 13-minute drive away. Overall, a calm and relaxed area - pure relaxation for city dwellers.
