The beautiful "Sonnenfang" holiday apartment offers an abundance of sunshine and natural light across nearly 62 m² of living space. It is idyllically situated in Emmelsbüll, near Dagebüll—the gateway to the North Frisian Islands—making it the perfect base for exploring the North Sea coast at your own pace. From Dagebüll, you can easily reach the islands of Amrum and Föhr, or take the train from Niebüll to Sylt.

You can make yourself at home in the spacious living area, which features an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen perfect for preparing meals. The adjoining sun terrace and shared garden offer a wonderful spot to enjoy the fresh North Sea air, and an electric grill is available for sociable barbecue evenings.

The two bedrooms are tastefully furnished and feature a double bed and a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm), respectively. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides sleeping space for up to two additional guests.

The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the entire apartment features underfloor heating.

A small village shop is located right in the village and is easily accessible on foot. A dedicated parking space is available in front of the house, and any bicycles you bring along can be safely stored in a lockable bike garage.

Location and surroundings of object

The North Frisian Wadden Sea and the Südwesthörn swimming area await you just 3 km from Emmelsbüll. Dagebüll is also very close by (approx. 12 km) and serves as the perfect starting point for excursions in the region; from there, you can reach the ferries to the North Sea islands of Amrum and Föhr in just a few minutes by car. The area's numerous dikes offer ideal conditions for long bicycle rides, and you will conveniently find a bike rental shop right in the village. From the nearby harbor in Schlüttsiel (approx. 8 km), you can easily take a boat to the Halligen islands of Hooge and Langeneß. Emmelsbüll is also ideally situated for a day trip to Sylt: from neighboring Klanxbüll (approx. 6 km), you can take the train directly to Westerland in just about 30 minutes.

Beautiful garden with a view of grazing sheep. Clean except for cobwebs, leaves, etc. on the terrace. Everything you need is available, the apartment is very well equipped, modern and functionally furnished. Everything is very well organized and in case of problems or questions, someone is reachable and it is resolved quickly and easily. Very nice stay.

Very nice, bright holiday apartment. Perfect amenities, beautiful garden area with terrace. We were here in August with two adults and a teenager for 9 days and felt very comfortable. By bike, you can reach the sea in 8 minutes. You can take nice trips to the islands, to Denmark. For art and plant lovers, the Nolde Museum is a real highlight. Cafe Deichtraum is highly recommended and is also easily accessible by bike.

The apartment is exactly as described. High quality, equipped with everything, and in a beautiful, quiet location with a view of the field. Excursion destinations are very easily accessible. A very nice natural swimming area is 5 minutes away by car. We would love to come back.
