Everything was found as described. Good facilities and clean. However, one pillow had yellow stains, and one bed was not made. The available bicycles were men's sports bikes. We were registered with three women and unfortunately couldn't use those bikes, which was very frustrating. We reported this at the office on-site to clarify the issue, but we were told that those were simply the bikes the landlord provides. Then it should have been included that these are men's sports bikes. We would have brought our own bicycles. They did not accommodate us in any way. We are very upset about this. We had booked the accommodation mainly because of the bikes that were supposed to be included!
