The living room is spacious and very bright. From the sofa you can watch your favourite programme or look outside into the garden. The sofa has a bed function where two guests can sleep comfortably. The living room is equipped with a cosy sofa and a large-screen TV with satellite channels. On the ground floor you will also find a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron. The ground floor is air-conditioned.
From the living room you have access to an outdoor area where you are sure to spend a lot of time. The garden is completely fenced and offers a lot of greenery, which provides privacy.
