Description

The spacious holiday flat of approx. 95 m² is located on the upper floor of a two-family house and is bright and friendly furnished.
It has 3 large bedrooms with 2 beds each, bed linen is provided. If required, 2 extra beds can be provided. The large kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Towels and a hairdryer are provided for the large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine.
The flat has a 24 m² roof terrace.

Location and surroundings of object

The studio is located in a traffic-calmed side street on a horse farm (Hermann Drechsler driving stable).

Carriage rides and individual driving lessons are possible by arrangement.
Mollhagen is conveniently located in a rural area in the Stormarn district. There is a bank and an Edeka shop in the village, which is also open on Sundays until 10:00 am.
Mollhagen is about 2 km from the motorway exit Bargteheide (A1) directly on the B404.
The cities of Hamburg (approx. 35 min.) and Lübeck (approx. 25 min.) as well as the Baltic Sea resorts (approx. 30 min.) can be reached quickly by car.
The small towns of Ahrensburg, Bad Oldesloe, Trittau and Bargteheide are each about 15 km away. The adventure pool in Ahrensburg can be reached in about 20 minutes.
