Description
The villa with 3 floors offers on the ground floor a large kitchen with dining room, living room, laundry and drying room as well as guest WC. On the 1st floor there are two large bedrooms (double beds) each with their own bathrooms with showers and toilets. Both rooms also have direct access to the large balcony/terrace with whirlpool, large seating lounge, sun umbrella and fantastic view of the sea and the small harbor. On the 2nd Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms (double beds), each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
In the garden there is a pool measuring 8x4 m with a counter-current system. A Weber gas grill for great barbecue events is also included.
There are 6 televisions in the house as well as WiFi (via Starlink), and of course a home trainer. New in 2025 is a spacious pergola, whose glass paneling can be slid open. The roof has slats that can be opened or closed as desired. All of it, of course, also illuminated.

Location and surroundings of object
There is no better location. Located on the beautiful island of Losinj is Nerezine. A picturesque place with a beautiful town center and marketplace. This marketplace is approximately 300-400 m away from the house by foot. The house itself is right next to the harbor by the sea.

Cancellation terms:

For cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund.

Here we are not talking about a sea view, here we are first row by the sea. Access via the ferry from Krk to Cres or from Istria via the ferry from Brestova.
