The villa is completely fenced, very quiet, and very private. There is a parking lot with 3 parking spaces.

Property area of the villa: swimming pool, sunbathing area and a summer kitchen with BBQ & dining area.

An air conditioning and internet connection available in each area of the villa.

Moving to the ground floor of the villa, you will have at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen with stove top, oven, fridge, dishwasher and other kitchen utilities with a dining area and one bathroom and one bedroom. In addition to the large living room and the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the Pool area.

First floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, spacious living room with flat screen TV, one bathroom and one bedroom, with extra large double bed, flat screen TV, air conditioning and balcony.

Two bedrooms can be found on the second floor of the villa: each bedroom has an extra large double bed with flat screen TV and air conditioning.

**Note: The 5th bedroom is attached to the 4th bedroom. It has a 1,20m wide bed (suitable for two children)**.

The sleeping capacity of the house is 8 adults (in 4 bedrooms) + 4 children (2 in
the mini bedroom Nr. 5 and 2 on the extendable sofa on the first floor).
