We have to go through the garden of the apartment below and then take an interior ramp: this is not a problem, but a feature of the house, which, like the others in the area, is located on the hill. The air conditioning is somewhat outdated: it makes noise and is not very effective, so it is recommended not to use it. The grill was not usable. The agency was nice and helpful.
