Just returned from a weekend with friends at this accommodation in Koksijde. The terrace was a great place for evening conversations, and we enjoyed the petanque court. The bedrooms were comfortable, and several bathrooms were a real advantage.

This vacation home exceeded our expectations! The layout was perfect for our large group, and having a washing machine was super convenient. We also appreciated the grill for our evening barbecues. Definitely a place to consider for a family outing.

Top infrastructure. Some things like a Nespresso and high chair were not present. Yet asked for in advance. However, very quickly resolved! For the rest, in terms of infrastructure, top. But I must say that this was the dirtiest house we have ever had.

The upper floor is also safely closed off for children. The terrace is super furnished with nice picnic tables, making outdoor dining very easy to organize. Enjoying aperitifs in the lounge while the BBQ is on and then eating together was great! And the pool is a very big asset! The location is great too! Within walking distance of the beach and the center, large private parking lot.

The lovely house is close to all amenities and the beach. It is a beautifully decorated, atmospheric and warm house. With enough space and stuff to stay with a large group. Two refrigerators. Two dishwashers. Good beds and a lovely pool. We were with a family outing of 11 people. There are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom for grandpa and grandma downstairs. Which was nice because grandpa doesn't walk so well anymore. Good restaurant tips from the owner and a nice golf clinic made our long weekend a great success.

The biggest disappointment is the service and communication. E-mails regarding the booking are answered very slowly and not in a customer-friendly manner! In addition, we experience problems with the heating, hot water and temperature of the swimming pool on the 1st day. This problem is not adequately resolved, which is why we were unable to enjoy the villa on the first evening.


It is very difficult to communicate with the landlord about the above problem. Reasonable compensation is also not forthcoming and emails are responded to slowly or even not at all!

In short, a beautiful villa with very poor and unreliable service, therefore certainly not worth the money
