The standig individually cottage, built in 2023 is rustic furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: terrace and garden furniture.

Otočec, 412 m above sea level. The cottage is located on a open garden plot with trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking lot on the property.

air conditioner, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN).

Sauna and Whirlpool.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 30.00/pet per stay.

Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.
