Nice little apartment for me (traveling alone with a dog). Very clean, good bed. All important amenities are available and functional. Stable and comfortable seating furniture. The view is magnificent, the proximity to the beach simply fantastic. I found the lighting to be not very well done, but needs are quite different. My request for a small reading lamp was promptly fulfilled. Thus, I am extremely satisfied with the overall service and the contact with the broker O & B. Thank you very much for your "goodies" for me and my furry friend, very thoughtful, we had a good use for them.

Since I have vacationed in App. No. 1 about 40 times, I can provide an evaluation over a long period. The location of the house is still unbeatable; the proximity to the beach and the unobstructed view positively meet expectations. The information folder was interestingly designed; however, a more easily readable font in bold letters would be beneficial, especially for older guests. The surprise regarding... Wine - which tasted super - was also the choice of a glass bottle for the mineral water a well-considered decision. Thank you very much for that and also for fulfilling my special requests regarding the extension cord and two bath towels at no extra cost, and also for allowing me to confidently leave the key in the room lock at departure. The many hangers with slip resistance were also good. For safety reasons (fire extinguisher), the wardrobe was not lockable, but that was no problem for me.

The location of the house is still unbeatable; just the proximity to the beach and the unobstructed view positively confirm expectations. The surprise regarding the wine - which tasted great - and the choice of a glass bottle for the mineral water were thoughtful decisions. Thank you for that and also for fulfilling my special requests for an extension cord and two beach towels at no extra cost and for allowing me to leave the key in the room lock with confidence upon departure. The many clothes hangers with non-slip features were also good. The wardrobe was not lockable for safety reasons (fire extinguisher), but this was not a problem for me.

Since I have already stayed in the apartment 1 about 40 times, I can assess changes very well. First and foremost, the location is and remains unquestionably unique, and the house is still well maintained. My special requests (extension cord, 2 additional bath towels) were fulfilled without any additional cost. The drinks were a successful surprise, especially the choice of a glass bottle for the mineral water!!! The wine tasted very good, thank you for that. The information folder was well prepared, but the text could be designed in bold letters and in a more readable font (especially for older people). The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The fact that I could leave the key in the door when checking out saved me the trip to your office, thank you for that as well. I am delighted with the stay and the services received.
