Porto Cheli - Southeast Peloponnese, Argolidas - Municipality of Ermioni. This cosmopolitan meeting place on the Peloponnese has it all. Beautiful beaches amidst the sun-drenched Mediterranean backdrop, holiday accommodation, hotels, marinas, the island of Spetses, fresh fish and a lively nightlife; all this is just a small sample of the picture book of Porto Cheli and Ermioni. The flat is located in a private house in a quiet residential area only 250 m as the crow flies from the sea. Fenced plot. Quiet neighbours, orchard plantation opposite. Walking distance to the sea approx. 5-7 min. Quiet streets and through our dead end no through traffic to Kostas street. Quiet, local residential area, yet within walking distance of tavernas, cafés, beach, boat hire and supermarket.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Maritime service possible. In our area it is a dream to go out to sea with a motorboat, sailing yacht or canoes / SUB. The bay is one of the safest water sports bays in Greece. Also possible: diving, snorkelling, water skiing (in neighbouring Veberonda Bay)

Your host is Steffen, a native Berliner. A craftsman and academic, today a skipper / pleasure boat captain and offshore sailing instructor. In addition to my normal office job, I have enjoyed building houses for many years and have always designed and decorated them with my feeling for the maritime and seafaring. Today we have flats in a medieval half-timbered house in the Vineta town of Barth, a fisherman's cottage in the seaside resort of Zingst and a traditional Greek holiday villa. We enjoy living in all the flats ourselves and like to share this pleasure with our guests. This applies to the holiday flats as well as to sailing trips in the Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean.
