Over 200 years old, this magnificent holiday villa has been carefully renovated to preserve its cultural heritage while offering all the modern amenities for a perfect vacation. It is located in the peaceful village of Žgombići above Malinska on the island of Krk, guaranteeing guests privacy and relaxation, just 1,500 meters from the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Villa Solaris impresses at first glance with its stone facade that reflects the authentic architecture. Inside, it delights with a tasteful combination of rustic elements and modern design. The rooms are spacious, bright, and equipped with high-quality furniture and modern appliances, ensuring maximum comfort.
The house is spread over three levels - basement, ground floor, and upper floor. On the ground floor, there is the central communal room with a modern kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The dining area with its large table for six people is ideal for shared meals, while the living room with a spacious couch and a TV offers a cozy ambiance for relaxation. On the upper floor there are two elegant bedrooms with double beds, TVs, air conditioning, and closets. The master bedroom has a balcony with a magnificent sea view – the perfect place for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. Next to the bedrooms on the upper floor, there are also two modern bathrooms with showers, toilets, and towels. In the basement, there is an additional guest toilet and a utility area with a washing machine and clothes rack. One of the most beautiful parts of Villa Solaris is its outdoor area. Over 400 sqm of well-maintained Mediterranean garden offer numerous retreats for relaxation in nature. The highlight is the heated saltwater pool, measuring 32 sqm, providing refreshment on hot summer days and relaxation during cooler months. At the pool, there are six comfortable sun loungers, a solar shower, and a green area with natural shade available. In the heart of the outdoor area is the summer kitchen, equipped with a Weber gas grill, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a dining table for six people. Furthermore, the garden pavilion includes an IR sauna with a temperature of up to 75 °C, Bluetooth connection and speakers, creating a private SPA oasis. The pavilion also has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
