Over 200 years old, Villa Solaris is a romantic stone terraced house with a heated private pool and sea view, restored with an exceptional sense of tradition. Inside, the furniture, furnishings and facilities have been adapted to the needs of modern life. Villa Solaris is located in the quiet village of Žgombići above Malinska on the island of Krk. The sea is only 1500 metres away from the holiday home. It is just close enough for quick access and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of hot summer days. The surrounding area offers more than 400 m2 of beautifully landscaped outdoor space, planted with Mediterranean vegetation, where everyone will find their own corner for peace and quiet. The holiday home with its heated swimming pool and beautiful surroundings creates an ambience where you will love to spend your holiday. Both the villa and the summer kitchen are equipped with underfloor heating and, in combination with the sauna and heated swimming pool, are also suitable for a holiday in the colder months.
Since you will spend most of your holiday outdoors, Villa Solaris offers a beautiful outdoor area. From the villa you can access the sun terrace, from which you have a beautiful view of the heated swimming pool. The 32 m2 eco-heated salt water pool provides refreshment on hot summer days. The heated pool has six sun loungers, an outdoor solar shower and a large green area with natural shade. One of the nicest parts of the house is the summer kitchen with Weber gas grill, dishwasher, sink and refrigerator, and a terrace with dining table for 6 people. In the summer pavilion there is an IR sauna heated to 75°C with Bluetooth, USB, radio and speakers, and an additional bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and hairdryer. A real private SPA green oasis.
The rooms in the villa are distributed on three levels - basement, ground floor and ground floor. In the basement / ground floor there is an open space with a kitchen, dining room, living room and a working/computer desk. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a TV, the dining room with a table for six people, and the kitchen with all appliances and equipment: Electric cooker, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and all other appliances for preparing and serving food.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, TV, air conditioning and wardrobe. The master bedroom also has a safe and access to the balcony where two chairs are waiting for you to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea. There are also two bathrooms. They are equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, towels and hairdryer.
In the basement you will find a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and clothes horse.
The necessary bed linen and towels are provided for all guests. Villa Solaris is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi throughout the house and in the garden area. Free private parking for several vehicles is available on site. The villa and surrounding grounds are fully fenced.

Villa Solaris is 1500 metres from the sea and 15 km from Rijeka Airport. While you swim in the crystal clear sea, there are many cycling and hiking trails near the house. The larger towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk are only a few minutes' drive from the villa. The nearest restaurant and bar are 1 km from the house.
