Sehr schöne Lage mit teilweisem Blick auf die Ostsee. Perfekte Ausgangslage für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge oder Fahrradtouren. Auch ist ein kleiner Einkaufsladen mit frischen Brötchen auf dem nahegelegen Campingplatz schnell zu erreichen. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Badewanne mit einfachem Duschvorhang ist nicht mehr so ganz zeitgemäß. Wünschenswert ist hier eine moderne Dusche. Leider ist auch kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden, dieser könnte wunderbar im kleinen Zimmer untergebracht werden.

Leider war der Balkon durch Renovierungsarbeiten nicht richtig nutzbar. Es fehlte an einer Abtrennung zu den Nachbarwohnungen, wodurch es keine Privatsphäre gab, von dem nicht fertigen Fussbodenbelag mal ganz abgesehen. Leider wurden wir vorher nicht einmal darauf hingewiesen. Wir hoffen auf ein bisschen Entgegenkommen bzw. Entschädigung.

Perfect location by the beach with sea view from the balcony. Only the coffee machine is a bit outdated and keeps the coffee warm for only a very short time.

The proximity to the Baltic Sea, the lake view, the tranquility, and the location in greenery is great. The apartment is okay, but we missed a reasonable wardrobe and the dining table is also something to get used to. Perhaps one could also remove the eternally wavy carpet runners in the dining area. Unfortunately, there was no balcony table for breakfast outdoors.

Very inviting apartment, however, a wardrobe was missing and we lived out of our bags. Too bad. Good balcony furniture would have been nice as well, as it was not possible to eat outside in the nice weather.
