The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet and sunny location. Burići. The villa is situated on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 4 m x 8 m 1.40 m deep).

Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (30 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and WC.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
