The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1999 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area, within a residence, in the town centre. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn and sun lounger.

Lazise, 70 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a garden plot with meadow. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a garage.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late September, 5 m x 10 m, 1.40 m deep). Sun umbrellas are prohibited in the pool area.
The swimming pool is open from late June to mid-September.

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 600 m. Thermal baths in Colà di Lazise 4 km. Pharmacy, bank each 400 m in Lazise. Railway station in Peschiera del Garda 7 km.
