I rent out a modern and comfortable holiday flat in Soltau, Lüneburger Heide.
The holiday flat is approx. 60 sqm and is located on the upper floor of a detached house in a quiet, central residential street. It has an open-plan living and kitchen area with plenty of comfort and space to feel at home. In the separate part of the living area there is a sleeping possibility for another 2 persons.
The separate bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), an additional cot is available on request.
The day bed in the separate part of the living area has a size of 160 x 200 cm.
There is a washing machine in the modern shower room.
A parking space for a car is available, bicycles can be parked under a covered carport. In the garden there is a small separate terrace with a seating area and barbecue facilities, which is exclusively for the use of holiday guests.
This is a non-smoking flat, which is suitable for allergy sufferers. Pets are therefore expressly not permitted.
Long-term rentals are possible on request at special conditions.

The holiday flat is situated in a quiet but central location in a residential street directly in Soltau.
You can also reach our beautiful town centre with numerous shops, restaurants and cafes on foot within approx. 10 minutes.
There are also plenty of free parking spaces available in the town centre.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

You can reach Soltau easily via the A7 motorway, from the north exit Soltau Ost, or from the south exit Soltau Süd. Via the main road from Hamburg via the B3, from Lüneburg via the B 209, from Uelzen or Rotenburg via the B71.
By train, Soltau can be reached directly via Hanover or Uelzen. There is also a good train connection from Hamburg with a change in Buchholz/Nordheide.
