Stay in Provence, at the entrance to the Parc du Lubéron, in a green estate of over 2500 square metres offering a magnificent view of Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. This quiet accommodation with all comforts has a freshwater pool that you can share with the two of us, the owners. This place is for those who love cycling, culture, vast landscapes and good wines. In the Vaucluse near Avignon, L'Isle sur la Sorgue, Roussillon, Gordes, Carpentras, Châteauneuf du Pape and less than an hour from the Mediterranean Le Lavande a 2 room flat of 33 m2 equipped with all comforts -Private terrace of 16m2, shaded -Secure parking on the property -Languages: French, Spanish, English and German Large green garden with only local vegetation,
Free access to the pool & pool house
Facilities -A living room of over 15 square metres with equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine and standard Nespresso coffee machine, a sofa, a table and 2 chairs, a TV with DVB-T connection.
A bedroom of 10 square metres, queen size bed of superior comfort (160 x200), mattress topper, duvet and 4 pillows. A walk-in wardrobe, armchairs and bedside tables.

If you are a cyclist, a secure room for your bikes is available free of charge on request.
Pets
Friendly pets are of course allowed on request on the property and in the accommodation (but avoid elephants, giraffes, reptiles or other poisonous and wild categories).
Price depending on season between 80€ and 130€ (summer season) per night, with a minimum of 7 nights during the school season or minimum 2 nights outside the school season (see price table) Deposit of 500€ ,rent 100% due if booking is made less than one month before the date of stay , 30% deposit required if booking is made more than one month in advance, refundable and cancellable up to 31 days before the start of the stay contact me:

¡hola! As you will hear from my accent, I am a native Spaniard from the city of Gijón on the Atlantic coast, about 200 kilometres from Bilbao. My name is Juan. After several years in Ibiza and then in Alsace in luxury tourism and nightlife, I settled in Provence 5 years ago and now offer an activity with comfort holiday apartment in an idyllic and green environment. - You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
