The house is beautifully located and leaves nothing to be desired. The hostess Rosemarie is very nice and was always available. We had a perfect vacation!

The Villa Solento is a beautiful, very spacious holiday home and well-equipped (including a good hairdryer, dishes and glasses for all occasions, an extra blanket for cooler days). The property is tastefully decorated with many lovely details, and the large terrace offers an unobstructed view over olive trees to the sea, simply wonderful. It was also very quiet, no traffic noise to be heard. The landlords are extremely friendly, helpful, and speak German. The access to the property is somewhat difficult (partly steep and very narrow) and can be problematic with oncoming traffic at times.

Villa Solento is a great accommodation - very very clean, solidly equipped, and - when not interrupted by a few dogs barking in the neighborhood - very quiet! You have to get used to the mattresses in the double bed; they are very soft with high point elasticity, meaning you sink in quite deep. I like that, but my (considerably heavier) husband struggled with it. The very voluminous pillows also added to the experience. You can stay in several spots in the garden or on the two terraces - chairs and loungers are available everywhere. The grill and pizza oven are available on the large terrace - we found their use too complicated. The house is located on the hiking path (Sentiero del Mediterraneo), which leads over two bays to Baia degli Infreschi - very convenient and highly recommended! The path to Marina di Camerota is quite steep - a car is an advantage (especially). (for shopping), but it can also be done without it. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

We felt so at home from the first day that it was always difficult for us to leave the accommodation to explore the surroundings. We would return to Villa Solento immediately if it weren't for the long journey.
