This was the third vacation in this house and it was, as always, a highlight for us, so we would love to come back. Small issues are resolved very quickly - landlord with excellent service.

In the evening, it was quite loud in the surroundings. But you mention that in the description. The amenities were almost perfect; we were missing a few very basic things, but that was surely not a problem. Signora de Luca is very nice and responded quickly when something didn't work (the washing machine was defective). Overall, a highly recommendable villa!

For us, it is a house to feel comfortable. Everything was perfect, and we will repeat our 4-week stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor shower with hot water. For us, the location of the house is ideal as it is situated on the outskirts and shopping opportunities and the beach are easily reachable in 10-15 minutes on foot.
