Tennis court. 450mn as the crow flies from the lake of Cazaux-Sanguinet with exclusive access to a jetty and small sandy beach. 15mn drive from the Atlantic Ocean and large beaches. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with rather internationally inhabited houses, outside the urban area.
