The Sunny Beach villa is located directly on the shore of Lake Balaton and has its own 26-metre-long Balaton beach.
Next to the Sunny Beach villa is the family-friendly outdoor beach on Juhász Gyula Street with a sandy beach on Lake Balaton and showers. Guests only have to go through the garden gate. The open beach is very nice, with a grassy, well-equipped playground and a real children's paradise. The buffet offers breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The shopping centre, several breakfast, ice cream and pancake parlours, restaurants as well as the Szántód and Földvár railway stations and the farmer's market are only a few minutes' walk from the villa.
Szántód rév is easily accessible for a trip to the north coast. The Balaton bike tour passes near the accommodation.
The house is also an ideal location for guests of summer parties, as the party location (Balaton Sound) is easily accessible even without a car.
