We had a great time there, a lot of space around, the fenced area was great for our dog, the pool was wonderful, the landlord Iva was very nice and helpful, and the design throughout the house was fantastic. However, for groceries, one is always dependent on the car. Fresh fruits (figs, almonds) and olive oil are available nearby. Great beaches are reachable within 25 minutes by car. The location is very quiet and the house has good cooling in heat. It would have been nice if there were more shaded spots by the house. Furthermore, the house leaves nothing to be desired.
