The location is very quiet, and the house has good air conditioning on hot days. A few more shaded spots by the house would be nice, but overall the house left no wishes unfulfilled.

However, for groceries, one is always dependent on the car. Fresh fruits (figs, almonds) and olive oil are available nearby. Great beaches are reachable within 25 minutes by car. The location is very quiet and the house has good cooling in heat. It would have been nice if there were more shaded spots by the house. Furthermore, the house leaves nothing to be desired.
