The flat has just been completed for summer 2023 for holiday rental. The living space is 80m² on 2 floors.
You enter the flat on the ground floor through a large hallway with wardrobe.
The bathroom has been completely redone and is generously equipped with a bathtub and shower.
The kitchen has been newly equipped and you should want for nothing there. Cooker with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
The living room is very spacious with a leather corner sofa and coffee table overlooking a large flat-screen TV (SAT-TV). There is a beautiful dining table with seating by the window.
From the living room you have direct access to the conservatory and from there to the small garden compartment.
The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The master bedroom is very large and spacious with fitted wall cupboards in the sloping roof and a window facing east.
The small children's bedroom with bunk bed has a skylight to the south.
On the directly adjacent nature campsite, you can reach the Aller river in just 10 metres and rent a canoe or be active with SUPs on the Aller.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The holiday flat at the Allerstrand campsite is located on the edge of the village of Schwachhausen - directly on the Aller loop. All around are meadows, fields, woods and the Aller with its oxbow lakes. The area along the Aller and in a north-easterly direction as far as Nordburg is a designated landscape conservation area. Wonderful for walking, hiking or cycling in the middle of a natural idyll.
Fishing
If you like fishing, you have the opportunity to do so in our own oxbow lakes of the Aller. The very idyllic Aller oxbow lakes are about 1 km away. Pike, carp, pike-perch & Co. cavort in their natural environment between water lilies and natural former riverbeds. If you are looking for a place to fish in absolute peace and quiet in the midst of beautiful nature, you are very welcome here.
Bathing
Swimming directly in the Aller from the campsite is of course possible for swimmers. In the immediate vicinity, near Langlingen, is the Flotwedel open-air lido. Here you can swim in the natural lake, with clean sandy beach and separate non-swimmer area. Address: Lütersweg 3, 29342 Wienhausen / Offensen.
Canoe and stand-up paddling hire
We offer canoe and SUP rental at the campsite. Please speak to the campsite warden on site.
