Our home offers an extra level of luxury in the form of significantly more space and comfort, interior design and styling, architecture and furnishings.
We are giving away our unique multi-family house together with a guest cottage. The property is located in the heart of Kashubian Switzerland. Kashubia is the land of a thousand lakes, from the Baltic Sea to the Tuchola Forest. The location and its associated isolation ensure that the culture, customs and language of the Kashubians have remained unchanged for centuries. In today's times of increased technology, social consumption and hectic life, people once again appreciate the proximity of nature and the possibility of tranquillity, away from the hustle and bustle of big-city life. This is exactly what our habitat offers. The surroundings are completely unindustrialised, which you can hear and feel.
The house is suitable for year-round stays, fully functional and comprehensively equipped. Attractive furnishings with neo-rustic charm create a cosy atmosphere in the rooms. Indulge in shared meals overlooking the countryside, then stretch out with a game of billiards.
As you enjoy relaxing in the beautiful surroundings of the garden, pond, forest, nearby lake and hiking trails, you will simultaneously feel safe and yet comfortable through the array of amenities found at our property.
In a wonderful location, surrounded by a beautifully planted garden and close to the forest, this extremely comfortable holiday home awaits you with room for a large family.
The house is over 400m2 and has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. The living room alone with dining area and open kitchen occupies nearly 70m2.
The second guest house (100m2) houses a large garage and an individual flat with its own kitchen and bathroom. The entire property sits on a very large plot (over 5500m2), which is located in an intimate area close to the forest. The nearest lake with a swimming area is less than a kilometre from the house. There are plenty of hiking and cycling trails in the area.
On the premises of GRAJAN for more or less activity you will find, among others:
- A classic charcoal trolley barbecue with a set of barbecue tools;
- A stone barbecue with grill function on the terrace;
- A set of lounge furniture on the terrace;
- A hearth for feasting by the fire;
- 4 touring bicycles;
- Footballs and volleyballs, badminton sets, water toys, boules (main garage);

- Trampoline.
- Slides and swings for the little ones.

New Year's Eve holiday with friends
The holiday home is very big and modern and is well-suited for a trip with family or friends. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is somewhat secluded from the village, which gives you a lot of peace and privacy. The owner was very friendly and showed and explained everything to us in detail.
