Hello dear holiday-seeker, who would not like to arrive in their holiday home

The Waldhaus is a semi-detached house in Scandinavian style with plenty of space
for 5 persons on 2 floors with a lot of comfort.
The holiday home is furnished with great attention to detail for the whole family.
The healthy material wood is in the foreground here.
In addition to the electric heating, a wood-burning stove with panoramic window ensures the right temperature.
The outdoor terrace is partially covered - there is a cosy sitting area in the garden.
Relax and unwind in the in-house sauna.
The wooden terrace and the property are completely fenced in.
Your dog is also a welcome holiday guest with us.
The Waldhaus is situated on a ridge surrounded by beech and oak forests, in the most beautiful part of the approximately 30 km long Exter valley. The Rott holiday park is an ideal starting point for many activities. From the house directly into the forest. The eventful surroundings in Extertal / Weserbergland / Teutoburg Forest with many leisure activities are right on your doorstep.
Even those who are simply looking for peace and relaxation during their holidays are in the right place here !

Super equipped little house with a lot of privacy
We spent five nights in the cottage in September and were very, very satisfied overall. The property manager is friendly and always reachable; both check-in and check-out went smoothly. The billing is transparent, and there are no costs that were not communicated beforehand. The equipment of the house is particularly great; the kitchen is fully equipped, and almost every kitchen appliance is available, including a sandwich maker and waffle iron. There are plenty of board games and books and a lot of accessories for the allowed animals. We brought a dog and a cat with us, and we wouldn't have had to bring much from home, even a flashlight for evening walks is available. We particularly enjoyed the private location; although the house is in a holiday park, both the terrace at the back and the front garden are hardly visible, and you don't feel like you're sitting on top of each other, but have space from the neighboring houses. Maybe we'll end up in Extertal again, and we will definitely get in touch here again!

Super vacation :-)
We were greeted with a bottle of wine and many treats for our dog lady, thank you very much for that!!! Everything was available and clean. We would have liked to drink the wine on the great terrace, but the weather was so-so; because of the weather, we also left 2 days earlier :-( We had a great vacation, saw a lot in the area, great region and very quiet. A special thanks goes to Mrs. Leddermann, I had forgotten some things in the Alibert, which Mrs. Leddermann sent to me free of charge :-) All in all, we were very satisfied !!!

Highly recommended
Dear Baltz family, everything went smoothly again this year from the booking to the arrival day. The house, the large terrace with privacy screen, various seating options and sun loungers, as well as the fenced property, were in a clean and well-maintained condition. We spent 8 lovely and relaxing days in the well-equipped house. We were missing nothing, as we had in our previous vacations at your house, because the house was well tempered even with 30 degrees outside temperature. The terrace was nicely shaded due to the surrounding trees and the large existing sun umbrella. Also, the service from Mrs. Leddermann and you was once again very warm. We hope for a soon reunion in your forest house. Best regards, Thomas and Annette with Tommy. Everything was prepared for him as well, and he sensed immediately upon arrival that he was warmly welcomed.

Vacation in Waldhaus
We had a nice vacation and felt very comfortable. Everything one needs is available in terms of amenities. The forest house itself is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The fenced garden was also ideal for our dog. He could really let loose there. A water bowl and a dog pool were also provided for him. The terrace, with its well-equipped garden furniture, invited us to linger. Overall, mega and perfect for us, and we would love to come back for the 4th time.

Great holiday apartment
We have now been there for the third time, always lovely. Our dog also always feels very comfortable there. Great hiking trails nearby.
