Villa Coconut Cove is a very popular villa with generous space for eight people in a quiet yet central location. The location at a canal crossing offers a dreamlike view with plenty of space through a long "Captains Walk", which is of course also ideal for renting a motorboat.

The villa has an exceptionally large pool and even a separate Diana Spa. There are plenty of sun loungers and tasteful patio furniture. The planting around the terrace also ensures a certain amount of privacy.

Villa Coconut Cove is exceptionally bright and friendly, all comfortably and modernly furnished. Four modern bedrooms and three bathrooms leave nothing to be desired.

As a special highlight, there is a pool table for entertainment with a view of the pool and garden.

Cape Coral, located on the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, can safely be described as paradise. The climate is extremely pleasant not only in winter; one feels comfortable here in summer as well. On average, Florida has 330 sunny days per year. Daytime temperatures hardly drop below 20 - 23 degrees even in winter. In midsummer, the thermometer reaches between 28 - 35 degrees. A gentle breeze always blows from the Gulf of Mexico.
