This cozy holiday home is located in an urban holiday area on Bornholm and is ideal for families. The house features a bright living room with a double bed, radio, and TV. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a cot, providing comfortable accommodation for both adults and children. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, extractor hood, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, WC, washing machine, and tumble dryer. An air-to-air heat pump and electric heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Outdoors, you will find a 767 m² landscaped garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a charcoal grill – perfect for relaxed summer evenings. The house is non-smoking. Nearby, you can explore a wide range of attractions such as the Hammershus Castle Ruins, the amusement park Brændesgårdhaven, the Bornholm Medieval Center, the Bornholm Butterfly Park, Grønbech’s Farm, the historic castle on Bornholm, the famous Dueodde Beach, the scenic Døndalen nature area, and the sculpture “The Rider Boy.”A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The house is very newly renovated. The property was in a very unkempt condition upon our arrival, with weeds up to 80 cm high in places. The provided Wi-Fi access and password were incorrect.
