The house itself is spacious and has a nice outdoor area. There are hand wash basins in every bedroom, but none in the toilets, which are not particularly well-ventilated.

We had a very good time at Chalet Suisse in Durbuy. The house was much better and more beautiful than expected. It is definitely fun there with a large group, and we can only recommend Durbuy and the surrounding area.

Our experience with the holiday home "Chalet Comfort" was very disappointing. We stayed here for three days for a total amount of €906, but the accommodation did not meet our expectations in any way. Upon arrival, the house was dirty and unkempt. There were cobwebs everywhere, the kitchen was dirty, and the beds were small and uncomfortable. In one of the rooms, there were two beds next to each other, but they were different sizes. The pillows were dirty and not fresh. Additionally, there were no window screens, which meant we couldn't open the windows without being bothered by mosquitoes and other insects. This made it very warm inside. Some windows also couldn't be opened. Moreover, there was no air conditioning, ventilation system, or even fans present, despite having discussed this with the owner beforehand. We were on vacation with seven children, but we could barely spend one night under these conditions. The next morning, we showed the owner everything. He confirmed the deficiencies. We then immediately booked a (much more expensive) hotel accommodation and left. Our vacation was severely disrupted because of this, and we are very disappointed with this experience.

The layout of the chalet is very practical for large groups, The bedrooms are well-sized, and having multiple bathrooms made our stay comfortable, The table tennis table in the playroom was a hit with everyone!

Our stay at the Majestic Chalet in Durbuy was truly a memorable experience! The location is simply perfect, nestled in a quiet wooded area just a short walk from the golf course. The chalet itself is spacious and well-equipped, making it ideal for our group of 15. We loved gathering around the cozy fireplace in the living room and preparing meals in the open kitchen. The enclosed garden was a hit with the kids, who spent hours playing outside. Additionally, being so close to the charming center of Durbuy with its cobblestone streets and historic buildings was a delightful bonus. I can't wait to return!
