Spacious stone house with a large, very pleasant living area, ideal for family reunions or a long weekend with friends out of season. It is surrounded by a large south facing garden with a small stream running at the rear. A great play area for the kids, however this is not fenced in and requires supervision of young children if traveling with them. There are three parking spaces on the property, but you can also do your shopping on foot at the nearby shopping center. The first sandy beach is about 15 km away.
Located on the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the commune of Val-Saint-Père offers an excellent location for exploring this beautiful coastal landscape. The town also has a small airfield so if you wish, you can admire Mont St Michel from above in a microlight.
