The detached holiday home, built in 1970 and renovated in 2020, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on the edge of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is family-friendly accommodation. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area.

Keszthely, district Kertváros. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating, underfloor heating. Children’s toys, cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. Television reception via cable. TV channels in various languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, CO detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
