The location of the house is between Pitsidia and Matala (Google Maps: LaLa House Crete)
The view of the house goes in different directions: To the sea, to the PaxMadia islands, to Matala, to Psiloritis, to Listaros....
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200cm), a shower, WC, hand basin and large balcony.
The Master Bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm), a free standing bathtub, shower, WC, hand basin and 2 balconies.
On the ground floor of the house there is a studio with separate access.
It consists of a small hallway, a bedroom with 2 single beds (100x200cm) and a separate bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
Behind the entrance door is a large foyer with a large sliding door wardrobe for shoes and jackets. Here you will also find sun lounger towels, yoga mats, blocks as well as meditation cushions.
Adjacent to the foyer is a large open space with living, dining and cooking areas.
The living area has a large sofa with an 86" TV.
The dining area has a large dining table for 10 people.
And in the cooking area, there is a very well and high quality equipped kitchen with everything the ambitious cook is looking for.
A very large sitting-living window in the dining room with a view of Psiloritis invites you to linger.
The house has Wi-Fi, fan coil (air conditioning cold/warm) and underfloor heating on the 1st and 2nd floor. A large driveway with private parking leads to the house.
The house is supplied with its own treated well water.
The large pool is 18 m x 5 m and 1.60 m deep. It is also fed from the well.
For long-lasting bathing pleasure, it is designed as a salt water pool, where significantly less chlorine is used than usual, as the salt acts as a natural germ killer.
The BBQ area has a large dining table for 12 people and a grill.
A very spacious outdoor lounge is also available as well as a large pavilion.
The grounds are completely fenced.
The main house offers
4 bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200 cm), total 8 persons.
In the studio on the ground floor there are 2 single beds (100 x 200 cm), total 2 persons with
1 bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.
1 children's travel bed 120x60 cm and 1 children's high chair can be provided on request. Please indicate this when booking.
Due to the natural location of the house, the access between the main road and the house is somewhat rough. We therefore recommend renting a car with a slightly higher ground clearance, e.g. Dacia Duster, Peugeot Crossland, VW T Cross, VW Taigo or similar.

Regardless of the time of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded to the guest. If a replacement tenant is found for the canceled period, the deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation is made 56 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price minus the deposit will be refunded to the guest. If a cancellation is made 56 days or less before arrival, the rental price is not refunded.
