Description

The holiday flat has been rented out since 2020 in our terraced house on the 1st floor. The apartment has a separate access via the staircase. We provide a parking space free of charge. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable room. The apartment has an extra dining room, an extra bedroom for 2 guests. The bedroom has a wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, two bedside lamps and a chest of drawers. From the bedroom there is another room. Here you will find a washing machine with laundry tub, ironing board, iron, hoover and broom, bucket, mop and mop. The living area is furnished with a large TV, stereo, free wifi and a comfortable couch as well as a small living wall. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and a wing chair and reading lamp on the other side and has everything a household needs. This is how the whole flat is equipped. The bathroom is small but nice and is equipped with a glass shower cabin, a beautiful glass mirror cabinet and base cabinet, a towel rack and of course a toilet. The flat is furnished in white/grey and beige, creating a cosy atmosphere with clarity and inviting you to relax.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

additional information:

We take care of the guest tickets for our guests. You will receive these directly from us on site.
Small children can also be brought along on request. We provide a travel cot with mattress and a high chair free of charge.
Arrival is at 2 pm and departure at 10 am. This can also be handled flexibly by arrangement.
