Modern vacation home with outdoor hot tub and wonderful location on the outskirts of Bunken at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet, green, and nature-rich vacation home area. The house was built in 2023 and is in a modern style with plenty of space and bright rooms, where attention has been paid to the details so that the whole house works together as a whole, both inside and out.The large windows provide good light and a view of the many trees on the natural grounds. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are combined into one long room, and from the well-equipped kitchen, you have a good overview of what the rest of the family is doing. This lovely common room is the ideal place to enjoy your vacation by relaxing with a board game or immersing yourself in a good book. The cottage has three bedrooms with comfortable beds, including one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds that can easily be pushed together if desired, and the last bedroom with a 3/4 bed with a bunk bed above for one person. There are also two nice bathrooms. The living room has several windows, and on warm days you can open them up to the terrace. There is also a Smart TV with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels and a Chromecast. The terrace around the house is absolutely fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your vacation outdoors. The many secluded nooks are perfect for everything from sunbathing and relaxing to barbecuing on a warm summer evening. The terraces around the house offer plenty of shelter, shade, and the opportunity to move around with the sun. In the summer, you can also enjoy a lovely outdoor shower in the garden to the sound of birdsong. From the south-facing terrace, there is a view of the beautiful countryside, where you can hop into the hot tub. Here, both body and soul can be pampered a little extra. The vacation home is located in the popular vacation home area of Bunken between Skagen and Ålbæk on the east coast of North Jutland, about 1 km from one of Denmark's most beautiful, unspoiled, and child-friendly white sandy beaches. Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The location of this holiday home was ideal for exploring the Nordjylland region. We enjoyed day trips to nearby beaches and local eateries such as Mammas Pizza Restaurant. The WiFi was reliable, which was a pleasant surprise for a holiday home.
