This spacious holiday flat with a large garden is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village district.
The beautiful south beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a nature trail.
The main beach in Ording-Nord, as well as the promenade of St. Peter-Ording with its new dune spa and the pier can be reached in approx. 12 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car. There is a city shuttle stop about 150m away.
A very special highlight is our 45 sqm roof terrace, secluded with a wonderful view of the beautiful garden and the adjacent pine forest.
There are two comfortable sun loungers and the corresponding furniture at your disposal.

The holiday flat is reached via a separate entrance. It has a total of approx. 115 sqm of living space. In the first floor you reach the following rooms from a generous corridor: combined living-dining area: comfortable couch set, dining table for 4 persons, TV, stereo, from here the access to the 45 sqm large, not observable roof terrace in south-west situation, a modern equipped kitchen with table and seat for 2 persons, Dishwasher, two separate bedrooms, each with a 1.80 m wide double bed, wardrobe and night consoles, a storage room with washing machine, and the newly designed bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.
A stainless steel staircase leads from bedroom 1 to the open, light-flooded attic area. Here you will find another double bed, children's bed and a built-in wardrobe as a fallback and cuddle area.
The skylights are equipped with blackouts and partly with insect screens. A flat-screen TV and a DVD player leave nothing to be desired.

The very large garden area is bordered by trees and can be used by the holiday guests e.g. for ball games.
A parking space is reserved for you on the property.
Special
The flat borders directly on the forest area between St.Peter-Dorf and St.Peter Bad.
Here, forest paths invite you to take a relaxing walk. There is a playground a very short distance away, which will be great fun for smaller children.
The nearest bicycle rental is only 900m away.
