Apartment in a fantastic location, situated on the west bank of the lake, five minutes by car above Limone in the district of Tremosine, - on the sunny and scenic terrace of Lake Garda. Absolutely quiet location with a fantastic view of Lake Garda to the north and south (!) as well as the magnificent Monte Baldo massif, at the foothills of which lies the historic town of Malcesine with its romantic Scaliger Castle.
The apartment was recently completely renovated and is in top condition both technically and visually. For hot days, there is air conditioning available, and for cold days a pellet stove. The accommodation is located in a detached villa with a garden and two separate residential units, of which the upper unit is used only privately.
The apartment, with an area of 82 m2, has two bedrooms, a bright living room with panoramic views and an adjoining kitchen, and a generously designed bathroom in Mediterranean style. The apartment is surrounded by a secluded large terrace and a garden with many Mediterranean plants around the Italian-style villa. From the terrace, you can enjoy the unique panoramic view over the lake. Here, you can observe beautiful butterflies like the swallowtail or the hummingbird-like hummingbird hawk-moth in large numbers. Mediterranean plants surround the villa like olive trees, palms, oleander bushes, rosemary, agaves, pomegranate tree, etc. Access to the apartment is barrier-free. The premises are enclosed and suitable for pets.

The detached villa with garden is located on a plateau at about 500m altitude, 5KM above Limone, in the district of Tremosine.
Tremosine was recently awarded as one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.
The location is on a side street in absolute tranquility, the apartment is not visible from the neighboring buildings, also individual villas.
No through traffic, no children's screams at the pool. Anyone wanting to swim can find the shores of Lake Garda in Limone, easily accessible by bus or car at a distance of 5 km. A beach/lake access for dogs has recently been established in Limone.
There are nearby (5 minutes on foot) a grocery store/bakery, a restaurant, a bus stop with good connections to the towns along the Gardesana, tennis courts, and various scenic hiking trails. Numerous nearby mountain bike trails for all levels of difficulty are also available from the house, for example. Valle di Bondo, Monte Bestone, Valle San Michele or leisurely tours around the picturesque villages of the Tremosine plateau.
From Limone, there is a regular ferry service to Riva (north) and Malcesine on the east shore of the lake.
The location is ideal for day trips to the Dolomites, to the theater in Verona or to visit the many wineries of Trentino and Veneto.

Great holiday apartment in a wonderful location
Completely and very attractively furnished holiday apartment.
The view from the windows and from the terrace of Lake Garda and the Monte Baldo massif is beautiful!
The location is quiet and relaxed - away from mass tourism right by the lake.
The hiking and excursion tips from the landlord (also something off the beaten path of the larger tourist magnets) were great! The district of Tremosine where the holiday apartment is located has a lot of charm, a small mini-market for daily needs with fresh rolls, sausage, and cheese from the region (5 minutes on foot from the apartment).
The Italian restaurant right next to the store is also highly recommended!
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

A very beautiful location and a great view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo.
The accommodation was great, even as a wheelchair user I managed well. The hosts are very friendly, we were warmly welcomed and also got some tips for excursions.
Not far from the accommodation there is a supermarket and next door is a pizzeria where the food is very tasty.

Simply great!
