This beautiful, quietly situated holiday home consists of 2 separate flats. For up to 12 people (max. 10 adults).
In the upper flat there are 2 sleeping areas with 2 single beds each , 1 children's (cot) bed, 1 sofa bed as well as a guest bed (foldable) ; 1 bathroom with shower.
In the ground floor flat there is a sleeping area with 2 single beds, 1 child's (cot) bed, 1 guest bed (foldable), another sleeping area with a double bed () and a sofa bed in the living area; 1 spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub, WC, 2 washbasins and an additional guest WC.
In both flats you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo machine).
Further equipment in both flats includes 1 hairdryer, TV, high chair and washing machine; in the ground floor flat additionally a dryer.
So nothing stands in the way of a relaxing and restful holiday in this house.
The beautiful outdoor area with large garden, trampoline, sandpit, barbecue area and seating invite you to relax.

Bed linen and towels are included in the total price.
Also the final cleaning ...
There is free Wi-Fi in the entire house.

Cancellation terms:

You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
