The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (12 sqm) with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room (5 sqm) with TV, electric stove (2 plates), extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
