The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1980, was renovated in 2021, and is modernly furnished. The property is popular due to its hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (WiFi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 4 m x 6 m 1.4 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 single bed. Kitchenette (walk-through room) with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the terrace.
