Villa Matea in the peaceful Istrian village of Orbanići is a true pearl. If you enjoy the tranquility and nature, village “Orbanići” is a great choice. The first larger town, Vodnjan, is 7 km away.
3-bedroom villa Matea is located on a spacious private estate of 1,700 m2. Two of the bedrooms feature double beds, while the third one offers two single beds. The living room includes a sofa bed (119x219 cm when extended), ideal for children. An additional foldable bed can also be provided.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is another air-conditioner and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine.
The property features a private pool, children's playground, and a coal barbecue. A covered terrace with an outdoor table, swimming in the pool and a good barbecue equals a top holiday.
Private fenced parking and free WiFi are included in the offer. A baby cot and high chair are available for all families with children.

Paradise-like beautiful
The Villa Cascada has everything you could wish for. There is a lot of space, everything is new, of high quality, and tastefully decorated. Particularly beautiful is the dreamfully large garden with a view. The lovely terrace with comfortable loungers, the large pool, the warm whirlpool, and the well-equipped gym were our absolute favorite spots in the vacation rental. By car, many places, such as the nearby city of Pula, are easily accessible. The very friendly landlord lives next door with his family and is very helpful with questions and concerns, but never intrusive. For us 4 (parents with "children", 16 and 18 years old), it was an absolutely beautiful and relaxing vacation week!
